I’m here to support you in your pursuit for clearer speech.
Learn placement, build the sound step by step, and practice it in words, phrases, and conversation, with a clear next step each day.

Julia A. KleinM.Ed., CCC-SLP · Georgia licensed
The course follows the same sequence Julia uses to make practice understandable. First hear the target, then establish it, strengthen it, and use it where it matters.
Learn what a clear /s/ sounds like and notice your starting point.
Use Julia’s cues to find a comfortable, accurate tongue position.
Move through words, phrases, sentences, and reading.
Bring the skill into conversation and build a plan you can continue.
Start with fit and listening. Establish the sound, then use it in increasingly natural speech at a pace you can maintain.
Understand the course, learn what a clear /s/ sounds like, and note your starting point for yourself.
Use Julia’s placement cues and resets to establish a clear sound by itself.
Practice /s/ at the beginning of useful single and longer words.
Keep the target clear through the end of a word with guided chunking and practice.
Build accuracy when /s/ appears inside the word and sounds around it change.
Work through initial blends, final sequences, and more complex word transitions.
Move familiar targets into carrier phrases and language you use in daily life.
Practice connected speech with marked targets, sentences, and short readings.
Practice a personal word list in everyday conversation. Then build a plan you can continue.
This course focuses on clearer /s/ production through independent listening and practice. It may not address every speech concern.
This course does not diagnose a speech disorder or replace an individualized evaluation or therapy plan. It may supplement speech therapy when you are already working with a speech-language pathologist.

Julia created Lose Your Lisp for people who want a structured way to practice independently. Her lessons pair a clinical sequence with clear explanations and different cues, so you can notice what works best for you.
“Because you deserve for people to focus on what you say, not how you say it.”
We plan to offer the course as a single purchase. We will publish the price, access period, support details, and customer policies before enrollment opens.
This is an educational course you complete on your own. It does not create an individualized treatment relationship. It may supplement speech therapy when you are already working with a speech-language pathologist.
The course may fit only if you can establish the target placement Julia demonstrates. If you cannot establish that placement, strong lateral airflow continues, or you remain stuck, individual support may be more useful.
The primary instructional target is /s/. Some later practice words may include /z/, but the course does not teach /z/ as a separate skill.
